• How easy is it to get started?

  Simply click any one of the ‘Become a Reseller’ buttons throughout the page and complete the forms that are presented to you. All essential fields are clearly marked, and the only thing you need on hand is a credit card.

  Is there a contract?

  Please note; there are NO contracts. everything is month-to-month meaning you’re free to come and go as you please!

  How does billing work?

  We bill you based on usage at the end of the month. You bill your clients whatever you like, and collect payment however you wish. They are your clients so you set the payment markup as well as payment terms!

• Is OBM a white label online backup product or a private label online backup system?

  The OBM software is private label but certain service deliverability’s have white label elements. The software carries your full branding and naming but we also offer free white label website tools for user signup and downloading.

  How do I know how much I’ve been billed?

  Simply login to the partner portal for a realtime product usage breakdown. 72 hours prior to primary billing on the 1st of the month you will receive a billing preview giving you ample time to review all accounts. With Solution Union there isn’t any guessing.

• Does the reseller program have Fees?

  No. You only need to ensure you have a $25 billable minimum each month.

  How much does the reseller program cost?

  Nothing. However, every reseller account must maintain a $25 billable minimum. This isn't a fee just a floor. Depending on which day of the month you join Solution Union this minimum will be prorated. For example, if you sign up on the 15th in a 30-day calendar month, your credit card will be charged $12.5 and then the full $25 on the 1st of the following month. Once your services exceed $25 you will be billed that value and not the $25 + usage.
